Brushing Teeth

Brusha, brusha!

Hanging out with Lola

Here's Lola, my sweet puppy. I love her so much. She loves to hang out with me on my bed. Sometimes she lays on top of me when I'm trying to sleep and I have to get Daddy to come and get her. What I love most about Lola is her really soft ears. She's the best!

Face painting....among other things

We had such a great time hanging out with our family. We celebrated Papa Dean and cousin Naomi's birthdays with some face paint. Naomi got a pretty new dress. Here's Papa Dean and cousin Evelyn looking on. Aunt Grace and Uncle Barry are always up for fun times w/us kids. Uncle Barry decided to join in and paint his face too.

Here's Naomi, the birthday girl, looking like Raggedy Ann.

We love spending time with our cousins. They live in Knoxville so we don't get to see them as much as we'd like, but we always have fun when we are at Gigi and Papa Dean's house.

Some painted their faces and others..........

Halloween 2008

Here's Oliver as a smiling Sportacus. Ready for Trick or Treating. Emerson or Superman as we like to call him, decided he was hungry before we left for trick or treating and took a bite out of the pumpkin. Yummy!

Here's Daddy-Bob the Builder with a bundled up Sportacus.

And finally, here's the whole family before heading out. Thanks to Papa Dean and Gigi we all got to go trick or treating together. Papa Dean stayed home and passed out the candy.

Pumpkin Carving Party

Here I am with my friend, Lesley, the gardener and her beautiful little carrot, Hazel. We were honored to be the judges for our friend Sonya's Pumpkin Carving Contest. There was some stiff competition, but we ended up choosing a carving of "the Pilgrims". We were impressed with the detail. Sonya took some great pictures. Here are a few of them.

The Winn gang in costume! Minus Daddy who decided not to wear his Spiderman costume because "it was too cold". Emerson was originally going to be Blue from Blue's Clues, but no luck with finding that one so we moved onto Superman which kinda fits him. He really is a small "man of steel". Then there is Oliver or Sportacus as we like to call him with his Lazytown sidekick Stephanie. We had lots of fun! Oliver enjoyed the food, other kids, and especially bobbing for apples. Thanks to Sonya for inviting us.

A visit to Waldon Farms Pumpkin Patch

Nana & Papa took us to the Waldon Farms Pumpkin Patch a few Saturdays ago and had a blast. We picked out three pumpkins, 1 corn husk, went to the petting farm, and played in the maze. We loved it!

Halloween: A Month Early

Here's a few pics of our little "Sportacus" in his new Halloween costume. He loves to watch Lazytown on Nick, Jr and the day he got it, refused to take it off. He loves it so much that he's been asking to sleep in it. The only thing he's missing is his mustache, which Mommy will enjoy painting on him every night until Halloween. Isn't he handsome?
